Terms & Conditions

  1. A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable. By paying the deposit you are:

  • Confirming the booking

  • Accepting these terms and conditions

  • Accepting the quotation and all that it sets out.

  1. The balance is required 14 days prior to the event. Non-payment will result in the booking being cancelled. This payment is non-refundable.

  2. In the case the event is cancelled or postponed you will be billed for materials and services up until that time if such costs are greater than the deposit amount.

  3. In the case that the requirements set out in the quotation are altered, you will be billed for materials and services of the cost of the cancelled goods and services up until that time.

  4. As flowers are seasonal, the flower variety you have requested may not be available at the time of your event. If this happens we will substitute that variety with a similar variety at our discretion keeping with the colour scheme and style.

  5. Any vase-ware or other accessories that have been provided to you must be returned to Botanica (c/o 27 Gladstone Street, Feilding) the next working day following your event UNLESS Botanica has arranged to pack-down and this is set out in the quotation. Should any vase-ware or other accessories become damaged or lost you will be charged for the replacement cost.
